The NHS App works on Android or Apple phones. Install from the relevent App store for free. Most people are able to create an NHS account and log into the App without needing to contact the surgery.  If you do need to get login information from us - often referred to as linkages keys or codes - then please come in person with a suitable form of personal identification such as a passport or driving license.

The NHS App can be used to book certain appointments including routine GP appointments. You can review your medical record, order repeat prescriptions, check blood test results and more. The NHS App is also increasingly being used for communications from the Practice and with App notifications turned on the messages will come via the NHS App rather than SMS text messages. This is more secure and saves the NHS money.
